Today, I was walking, one foot in front of the other. I am trying to get in my 10,000 steps today. Tomorrow, and most of next week may be dicey as far as getting them in as a winter storm is approaching.
While I was walking, I noticed this tiny redwood tree at the base of a much older one. The word that came to mind as I looked at it was “determined”.
